To Colin my husband and best friend, You have been the biggest support to me, helping me to fulfil a dream and taking time out to do the photography.
To my daughter, Barbara, who helped me achieve a large part of my homework. Teaching you the Ba Duan Jin was a good assignment to do with you, I remember the fun we had. We both gained a lot from it.
